Nutrition Lesson

                                NUTRITION LESSON
Our Nutrition Lesson was Great for all of us because it taught us which cereal was the healthiest.The worst out of all of them was Coco pops.It had 1/5.The healthiest to eat was Weat bix. If you look on the left It says Energy,Fat,Sugar,Fibre,Sodium.Under them says Energy Lowest,Fat Lower 10,Sugar Less 10g,Fibre More 5g,Sodium Lower 400mg. The nutrition lesson helped us stop eating Junk Food.There was different stages.Some of the vegetables were useful not just to eat like carrots they help us by giving our eye site a clean up or just help your eyes.Also Celery,Celery sticks helps us with our bones and that's really amazing!
